The All-In Poker League is a series of weekly No Limit Texas Hold ‘Em poker tournaments. Players play for points (see below for an explanation on the points system). After 12 weeks the 8 players with the most points in the league will play in a final table tournament for the chance to win cash prizes.
Players must play at least 25% of the 12 weekly tournaments to be eligible for the final table tournament. If they play less than that and finish in the top 8 they will not qualify for the final table and the next eligible player down in the league will qualify in their place.
The tournament will be overseen by a Tournament Director. Their decisions will be final.
Entry to the tournament is £3 per week.
Players will start the tournament with 3000 chips (8 x 25, 8 x 100, 2 x 500, and 1 x 1000).
Once a player loses all their chips they are out of the tournament. There are no re-buys or add-ons. The original player must continue playing until they are knocked out, another player cannot continue for that player. They must either go all-in until they are eliminated or be blinded out.
The deal moves clockwise around the table shown by the dealer button. The player to the left of the dealer is the small blind and the player to the left of the small blind is the big blind.
Any bet must be equal to or greater than the Big Blind. Any raise must be equal to or greater than the previous bet/raise.
Whilst the hands are being dealt if a one card is exposed that exposed card becomes the first burn card and the deal continues. If 2 cards are exposed it is a “bum deal”.
After the cards are shuffled by the dealer, the player to the dealer’s right must cut the cards.
Seating positions will be decided by the Tournament Director.
No drinks can be placed on the table. If a player spills a drink on a table they must pay a fine of £5.
Each betting round will be 15 minutes in duration. The blind structures in these rounds are as follows:
There will be a 10 minute break after every two rounds. During the breaks the Tournament Director may decide to “chip up”. Any amounts less than the next chip level will be rounded up. Breaks and chipping up is at the Tournament Director’s discretion. |
